SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt. Rates and delivery times vary by location:

- Cairo, Giza, 6th of October & Helwan: 1-3 business days, 90 EGP
- Alexandria: 3-5 business days, 100 EGP
- Qalyubia, Monufia, Sharqia, Gharbia, Dakahlia, Beheira, Damietta, Kafr el-Sheikh, Port Said, Ismailia & Suez: 3-5 business days, 110 EGP
- Faiyum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut & Sohag: 3-5 business days, 130 EGP
- Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, Matrouh & the North Coast: 3-5 business days, 150 EGP
- Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, North Sinai & New Valley: 5-8 business days, 170 EGP

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding public holidays) before being handed to the courier. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

PAYMENT
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, our courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable.
