Exchange Policy

Please review our Exchange Policy carefully before submitting a request.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant marks, stains, damage, or alteration cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Fees

Exchange fees match our shipping rates and vary by location:

  • Cairo, Giza, 6th of October & Helwan: 90 EGP
  • Alexandria: 100 EGP
  • Qalyubia, Monufia, Sharqia, Gharbia, Dakahlia, Beheira, Damietta, Kafr el-Sheikh, Port Said, Ismailia & Suez: 110 EGP
  • Faiyum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut & Sohag: 130 EGP
  • Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, Matrouh & the North Coast: 150 EGP
  • Sharm El Sheikh, South Sinai, North Sinai & New Valley: 170 EGP

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must either:

  1. Return the item immediately with the courier upon delivery, OR
  2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos/videos showing the issue. Any defective-item claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Once reviewed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, KRAFT Sportswear will arrange the appropriate exchange or full refund without extra shipping charges.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept items that:

  • Have been worn, washed, worked out in, used, or altered.
  • Have missing, damaged, or removed original tags and packaging.
  • Have stains, odors, perfume, deodorant marks, or signs of use.
  • Have been damaged after delivery.
  • Underwear, socks, or base layers (due to hygiene standards).
  • Are marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable / Clearance.

Important Notice

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. KRAFT Sportswear reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
